Karen O'Neill brings over 20 years of expertise working with
organizations experiencing rapid growth and change. Her work is guided by
the belief that HR systems and practices that reward commitment and excellence
are the strategic advantage of the 21st century.
Karen's professional experience
includes 17 years as an HR consultant for United Airlines World Headquarters
in Chicago and 10 years as an independent consultant. She has designed and
implemented performance improvement initiatives within sales, customer service,
operations and corporate divisions in North and South America, Europe and
Asia. As Director of Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention at Hudson & Keyse,
LLC, Karen is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously
improving HR systems including employee training and development.
