 Joe
Carroll has 25-plus years of experience in the debt
collection industry, founding Hudson & Keyse, Inc. in 1985.
He began his career at a third party collection agency, State
Credit,
Inc. Joe
took Hudson & Keyse, Inc. from
a two-person start-up in 1984, to the single largest provider of post charge-off
collection services to Credit Union loans in 1994. Hudson & Keyse, Inc. diversified
into the small bank market for contingent debt collections in the mid 1990's.
Hudson & Keyse,
Inc. began purchasing debt in 1994, with smaller packages purchased from Midland
Credit and West Capital. Joe engineered a joint venture with Steve
Alonso and other Senior Management Team members at Oak Street Financial Services,
L.L.C. in mid-2003.
