Hudson & Keyse, L.L.C. Launches Synergy Legal Network
May 17, 2006 — Hudson & Keyse, L.L.C. today announced the
launch of its Synergy Legal Network. Composed of
independent collection attorneys and firms, the Synergy Legal
Network will allow the Company to outsource
a growing level of debt recovery litigation.
"Litigation is an integral part of the collections business model and it will continue to grow," said Jeffrey Berenholz, General Counsel and Attorney for Hudson & Keyse. "As it does, we want to be able to count on a pool of contingent attorneys and firms that are the best in the business."
"We currently have established relationships with many of the top collection attorneys in the country," said Bradley Shropshire, Hudson and Keyse Vice President of Collection Management. "With additional independent attorneys, we will create a seamless network to improve collections, strengthen attorney client relationships and provide a forum to help us all grow our businesses."
"From the perspective of a Network attorney, we can refer reliable, high quality, collectable cases at a competitive rate. Beyond the income possibilities, we want to develop a strong connection between our Company and among our network attorneys. And that's really what sets the Synergy Legal Network apart," continued Berenholz.
"The concept is to create a forum where ideas
can be shared, best practices can be learned
and efficiencies can be developed that allow
each Synergy Legal Network attorney to improve
performance and financial return," said Berenholz.
"Ultimately, we believe the Network will benefit credit card issuers from whom we buy debt as well," professed Berenholz. "They will know that litigation will be dispensed with quickly, efficiently and ethically with little or no risk of damage to their reputation."
Hudson & Keyse will be exhibiting at the at the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys 2006 Spring Conference at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
